He is looking, searching, inquiring, and investigating. This is not the reconnoitre of someone who doesn't already know everything, it is the movement of a God who is seeking to catch our attention. Will we be curious enough to ask, "God! What are you doing? Why are your eyes scanning the earth?" As we become aware of His movements it should move us. We move to align ourselves. We move to be in proximity of His heart, that we may know His intentions. The above image is one that I found a few years back. I was looking through my images recently and saw this one again.
