Nine Days...

"Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this”
Rev 4:1b
Jesus is calling John to go up to where He is. A lot of times when we gather we ask God to come down. Have we ever considered the option to "go up"?
Setting apocalyptic interpretations aside, I simply want to suggest that by going "up" Jesus is able to "show" us things. Not just prophetic things, but practical things. The view from His perspective changes our perspective.
Years ago, when my children were little, I asked Jesus how I could better train them in the supernatural ways, in order for the supernatural to become more natural to them. At the time they were learning basic maths. The Holy Spirit said to me,
"Tell them that in My realm 2+2 doesn't always equal 4!"
I was blown away by this. Simple yet profound. Even though God has set laws in place to govern the universe, He is able to circumvent, suspend, or override those laws for His purpose (we have more than enough Scriptural evidence for this). 2+2 doesn't always equal 4!
My children could understand that, and began to see people healed when they prayed for them, they delivered people from demons, experienced the baptisms of the Spirit, saw angels, and had visions and prophetic words for people. I remind them about these things often because even though, at present, they may not see those things as much as they used to, Jesus did show them at one point, and the history is still there.
As we heed Jesus' invite to "go up" we will want others to experience what we have experienced. One minute in the Spirit is more powerful than a 1000 hours of prayer that's not in the Spirit, so it is important to be people who are of the Spirit. A whole different law is at work - the Law of the Spirit! (Romans 8:2)
Tomorrow I will share my three priority examples of how to enter the Spirit realm.
The view from His perspective changes our perspective. Let's heed His invite to "Go Up and See!"

Floored by the Glory!

  Let me tell you about a wonderful couple called Dick and Gladys Funnell. They have become my new best friends. Just one visit with them and I was impacted. Dick and Gladys moved here from America in the early 2000's to pray for Revival. God orchestrated it beautifully. Over the years they have connected with, and championed those who are for revival. They know so many people because of this, and with keen eyes, like spiritual meterologists, they scan the heavens for the coming rains of God, or Fire, which they equally seem to love. They are true Revival People, true Rainmakers!   On Tuesday the 11th of February 2025, I went to spend the day with Dick and Gladys, along with my father and mother. Preparing for a Move of God

Many years ago I was in a church in Germany. Me and one of my best friends, Nathan, were visiting a friend in that city, and he took us to his church. It was a very lively charismatic church. It was fun, the singing was loud and enthusiastic. During the end of the worship time the pastor's wife invited people who "wanted a touch from God" forward for prayer, and this included "a healing touch". Nathan was sick with a cold, so he went forward for prayer.  About ten to fifteen people were stood in line, and I watched as the pastor's wife began to pray for the people. The music was pumping, and every person hit the floor like a sack of kartoffeln (potatoes in German).  As the people fell, it felt like the music got louder, the congregation were clapping, and there was excitement in the air. My initial thought was, "Oh man, Nathan's going to get smashed!". He was next in line, and when she laid her hands on him nothing happened. I laughed to myself...
